Lemon Chive Salad Dressing

Lemon-chive Dressing-
1/4 cup olive oil
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh chives or green onions
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 small clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper

Whisk all ingredients together and ready to serve!
